Robert Maizel, Esquire
Robert Maizel concentrates his practice in Civil Litigation representing injured
workers and all other accident victims.
Mr. Maizel specializes in representing victims of cycling related injuries.
As an avid cyclist, Robert understands the dangers that bicyclists face when sharing
the road with motor vehicles. He uses his unique and intimate knowledge of
cycling to effectively present the events of cycling related motor vehicle accidents
to Juries.
Mr. Maizel has represented injured clients in all phases of Civil Litigation.
His practice extends to the successful litigation of injury cases through verdict and
appeal in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Maizel is a graduate of Temple University with a B.A. in Communications and
the Widener School of Law, where he received his J.D. He is a member of the bars
of Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is admitted to practice in the Court of Common Pleas
in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, the Pennsylvania Superior Court, and the
Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is also admitted in the Federal Courts of the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania, the Middle District of Pennsylvania, and the District
New Jersey.
Mr. Maizel is a member of the Philadelphia and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.
He is an active competitive cyclist and is a member of the Tri-State Velo Cycling Team.
He is also a member of the Golden Slipper Club and Charities. Mr. Maizel resides with
his wife, Lynda, and son, Aidan. Lynda is a General Dentist with a successful practice
in the Greater Philadelphia area.
